Microbiologist
About the role
The microbiologist is responsible for performing microbiological testing of cosmetic products, assessing microbiological quality and safety, and correctly documenting research results within the laboratory's quality management system.
The position involves working in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard, the principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting microbiological testing of cosmetic products and raw materials, medical devices, as well as cosmetic products for animals
- Determining the total microbial count, yeasts and moulds, and the absence of pathogenic microorganisms
- Participating in conducting challenge tests
- Preparing culture media, reagents and solutions and controlling their quality
- Working with microbiological equipment (laminar flow cabinets, incubators, autoclaves, etc.)
- Maintaining laboratory and regulatory documentation and test reports
- Participating in the validation and verification of methods and in internal quality control
- Complying with biosafety requirements, sanitary standards and standard operating procedures
Candidate requirements
- Higher education in the field of microbiology
- Practical knowledge of methods for microbiological analysis of cosmetic products
- An understanding of the requirements of ISO 21149, ISO 16212, ISO 18416, ISO 22717, ISO 22718 will be an advantage
- Experience working in a testing or production laboratory is desirable
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with regulated documentation
- Basic knowledge of GLP principles and the quality management system

Clinical Research Administrator
About the role
This role involves organisational and documentation support for research processes, specifically consumer testing, working with protocols, reports and regulatory documentation in accordance with the requirements of quality standards.

- Organisational support for consumer testing processes
- Working with study protocols and reports
- Maintaining regulatory documentation in accordance with quality standards
- Coordinating interaction between participants in research processes
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures
Candidate requirements
- Higher education (a medical, pharmaceutical, chemical or biological background will be an advantage)
- Experience working with documentation and organisational processes
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach
- Responsibility and the ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Basic knowledge of English
