Impartiality
The testing laboratory identifies all potential sources of risk, whether they arise within the laboratory or from any other persons, bodies or organizations, and takes measures to avoid threats to impartiality. The laboratory identifies, analyzes and documents any possible conflicts of interest that arise during testing.
Confidentiality
The laboratory is responsible, through legally enforceable commitments, for managing all information obtained or created in the course of its laboratory activities.
Monitoring and surveillance
Scheduled on-site assessment by NAAU representatives for the purpose of monitoring through surveillance of the conformity assessment body.
Customer satisfaction
Absence of customer complaints through the evaluation and analysis of every comment aimed at improving work quality and satisfying customer needs. Reducing the rate of errors during testing.
Compliance with legislation
Meeting the state's needs for compliance with rules, standards and laws by maintaining the testing laboratory's continuous capability to perform tests for conformity with the requirements of state legislative acts and regulatory documents applicable to test objects and test methods.
Competitiveness

Testing quality

Calibration of equipment at accredited calibration laboratories, laboratory audits, measurement uncertainty, the use of reference materials, and compliance of premises and the environment.
Risk management
The testing laboratory has procedures for the retention, protection and recovery of records and documents in order to continuously meet the requirements of the standards for which it was accredited. Management of risks and opportunities.
Management commitment
The management of the CoLab testing laboratory undertakes to:
- Conduct all testing laboratory activities in accordance with ДСТУ ISO/IEC 17025:2019 and continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system
- Implement risk-based thinking in the laboratory's activities to achieve new goals through new opportunities
- Adhere to sound professional practice and maintain high testing quality while serving customers
- Carry out product testing within the declared scope of accreditation
- Notify customers of any expansion in the range of services provided by the testing laboratory
All testing laboratory staff are familiar with the management system and follow the established policy and procedures in their work.
The Director of the Testing Laboratory assumes responsibility for implementing this Policy and providing all the resources necessary for its fulfillment.
